About CoVector AI
CoVector AI is the AI consulting arm of Florintree Advisors, a PE/VC fund. We work with portfolio companies — and select external clients — to identify, build, and deploy AI solutions that create real value. We're a small, early-stage team that prioritises depth over breadth. We spend a significant portion of our time on R&D — reading papers, experimenting with new models and tools, and building proof-of-concepts — so that when we advise, we're speaking from hands-on experience, not slides.

Associate – AI Consulting
The split is roughly 30% R&D, 70% delivery. Most of your time will be spent building — POCs, pipelines, LLM applications, client-facing tools — with a regular slice reserved for staying sharp on what’s coming next. This is not a maintenance role. If you want to spend your first two years doing new things, building real products, and working on problems you haven’t seen solved cleanly yet, this is the job.
Associate – Business Consulting
The split is roughly 10% R&D, 90% delivery. You’ll spend most of your time building the deliverables that clients actually use to make decisions — market research, structured analyses, executive presentations, workshop outputs, proposals. This is not a PowerPoint factory. The work is substantive: understanding business problems, structuring clear thinking about them, and producing outputs that move things forward. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and have direct exposure to CEOs and CTOs from day one.
Associate – AI Research
The split is roughly 70% R&D, 30% delivery. Most of your time will be spent at the frontier — reading papers, running experiments, benchmarking models, and building proof-of-concepts. The remaining time translates that work into something clients can use. The loop from research to production is tight here. You won’t be writing papers that sit in a drawer. What you learn and build feeds directly into client engagements, internal tools, and the firm’s technical direction.
Associate – AI Governance
The split is roughly 40% R&D, 60% delivery. You’ll spend your time on one of the least-solved problems in enterprise AI: how organisations actually govern, audit, and deploy AI responsibly — especially in regulated sectors like BFSI. The frameworks and standards here are still being written. This role isn’t about implementing a playbook someone else designed. It’s about figuring out what good looks like and helping our clients get there before the regulators force it.

Your application is evaluated by an AI agent against structured rubrics designed by our team. For technical roles, your GitHub portfolio is assessed for quality and depth. You'll hear back within 48 hours.
AI Build Challenge
Shortlisted candidates receive a practical challenge. You'll have time to build something real — we're looking at how you think and execute, not trick questions. Submissions are evaluated by AI against predefined criteria, with human review of borderline cases.
Face-to-Face Interview
Final conversations with the team — no AI here, just people. We talk about your work, your thinking, and what you want to build. This is mutual: you're evaluating us too.
