Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing or using covectorai.in and its associated services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. About us

CoVector AI is the trading name of Florintree Value Studio Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India. CoVector AI operates as the AI consulting and technology arm of Florintree Advisors.

3. Services

CoVector AI provides the following through the Services:

• The covectorai.in website and its content
• The AI Fluency Assessment — a self-assessment quiz with personalised scoring and AI coaching
• AI consulting engagements — strategy, roadmap development, and advisory services
• Digital Employee deployments — autonomous AI agent implementations for client operations
• Training and workshops — AI fluency and capability-building programs for teams
• The Employee Portal — an authenticated workspace with AI-powered tools
• Related analytics, reporting, and AI assistant features

4. Accounts and access

Access to certain features requires authentication via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and may only access accounts you are authorised to use.

5. Consulting engagements

AI consulting, Digital Employee deployments, and training services are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) or engagement letters agreed between CoVector AI and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW shall prevail for that engagement.

Deliverables, timelines, fees, and scope are defined in each SOW. These Terms apply to the use of our website and digital platforms; they do not constitute a consulting agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, software, and proprietary methodologies comprising the Services are owned by Florintree Value Studio Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

Client data remains the property of the client. Ownership of deliverables created during consulting engagements is governed by the applicable SOW.

7. AI-generated content

The Services use AI models to generate responses, summaries, assessments, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Services without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Services to develop competing products or services

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information received from the other in connection with the Services. This obligation survives termination of these Terms. Confidentiality obligations for consulting engagements are governed by the applicable SOW or NDA.

10. Data and privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Service availability

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. Availability commitments for consulting engagements, if any, are defined in the applicable SOW.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florintree Value Studio Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Termination of consulting engagements is governed by the applicable SOW.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
